Guy I am dating didn’t check up on my after I was cramping after sex for hours?

Yesterday I was paining and cramping wo bad after sex that I could barely stand or use my abs. Think he hit my cervix, it was good during sex but after it was a sharp pain that lasted like 7 hours and I am still a bit sore today in my pelvic area. He was nice and seemed concerned yesterday but didn’t check up today and I left home around midnight last night alone but no checking up? Am I asking for too much or overthinking things or does he care less about me than I think?
