How often do you guys get horny or get hard with or without a woman's presence?

Daily for me and I am 45. I still masturbate daily, and my girlfriend visits and stays with me ever weekend and over the course of 3 nights and two days we have sex at least 4 to 6 times, some times more... never less.

This normal for any healthy guy my age, but some guys are on blood pressure medicine and that affects their ability.

I'm outside of that age range, but when I'm with my SO, who is 50-something and beautiful, all of the time.

This is a difficult question!! It depends on the guy and his circumstances.

If he is recently divorced, he may have separation issues. Or even ‘ex separation’ issues, which is sexual. This means he will psychologically compare every partner to his ex …. Very difficult to break free from.
