Usually, if I am having sex with one girl, I am focused on that girl. In the rare event there are more than one girl I will compare however I will almost never compare breasts during sex. Now, I will compare normally. I will also compare when talking with guy friends about the women we have had or are seeing. However, everyone has a preference when it comes to breasts. However, if you are to find a "tit man" (as opposed to an ass man) most guys, myself included, will appreciate any form of boobs, small, flat, firm, droopy, etc. Usually, most guys are just happy to be having sex, and focused on you as opposed to fantasizing.
God no!!! When we're having sex, our attention is being directed by the little head and all he wants is to own you physically. Men are usually so happy to see a woman's body that barring a huge problem, we don't care.

Not while having sex, no. Then we just enjoy them in all their glory. The time for judging/assessing a girl's boobs is before we ever even approach her for the first time. It typically happens the first moment we notice her and give her body a thorough look. If we decide we like what we see then we approach, try to attract her, ask her out on a date, etc., etc., everything that basically leads to sex eventually.
