My favorite size is largish-medium - at least a 6" diff between bust and under bust measurements. That would make an accurate bra fitting an 'F' cup - say, a 28F as opposed to 32C, which is what is usually recommended. But if she measured 28" under her bust and wore a 32" band, my favorite size would be 32C or D.
