Guys, does your penis grow with more sexual activity?

Out of curiosity, if a mans penis is not sexually active in a sexual encounter with a women in her vagina compared to the same man who is ultimately sexually active with a women say everyday, would his penis become larger? I know this may seem odd, but the penis is a muscle and muscles grow when they are being exercised or strengthened, so can this apply to the penis as well making it harder and longer as its being sexually active a lot more than before. The difference may take a couple of months, same as with normal muscle groups on the body.
Your thoughts? and yes I probably expect that there will be some smarty answers from anons!

  • The penis is not a muscle, and does not grow with more use. The penis erects when blood engorges the corpus spongiosum and the corpora cavernosa respond to increased blood flow, and erect the penis. It's not muscle doing the erecting. There is nothing that will increase the size of the penis surgically. They can cut a couple of tendons attached to the penis, and give it the seeming appearance of being longer, but the size is actually the same, and cutting the tendons makes the penis hang at a somewhat odd angle. Even when giving the penis implants, it often is a little smaller, not larger. The one difference that can me made, is is the penis is not used for an extended period of time. It can shrink a little, as the tissue in the penis is sort of spongy, and does not respond as well if it is not expanded regularly. (an erection) Some of the expansion can be lost if the penis is not used, and some of it may not come back.

    • thanks, really just asking in the natural state, not with any intervention. :)

  • Its not possible to make the actual organ grow in size, but frequent sexual activity maintains the prostate gland in optimum condition and also strengthens the pelvic floor muscles. Weak pelvic floor muscles can cause weak erections. Stronger pelvic floor muscles strengthen the erections which makes them fuller. Fuller erections are of course a little bit larger than weak erections.

    • What if you lift weights with your penis though? Will it grow?

    • This... 👌

    • thanks for the mho

  • The only thing I have noticed is that my flaccid penis will hang more out of my body when I am having regular moderate sex. When I have a loooot of sex it seems to me more retraced into my body and hang smaller. It's like it is over exerted and worn out. Also, when I am not having any sex the excessive tension causes my flaccid penis to hang smaller or be more pulled up inside my body. The same happens with my balls without sex, they are tight and close to my body, but the more sex I have the looser and lower they hang. Always seems to have something to do with bodily tension or stress.

  • It is more of a sponge. Two sponge "muscles" that help keep the blood in and not go back down. And no, you can't train it bigger. Pump works. Like you see aswell on pumped vagina.

    • I want talking about training the penis, more that the penis can enlarge over a period of time after much more sexual use.

    • Understood that. And that do not work. If it would have worked, I would start a big fleshlight company towards penis training. Can see the train of thought you had and the logic. But sadly no.

    • I think you are still missing the point here, its not about adding an extra inch or so, maybe my explanation is not so clear and it has been over perceived by what many may believe it to be other than what I am asking. Some have already answered and I believe they understand what I am talking about. thank you anyway.

  • No it would not grow larger. The size is set after a certain age.

    • Im not talking about growing in size.

  • The penis is not a muscle.

The penis contains two bodies called the "corpus cavernosa penis" which are like sponges that absorb and hold blood swelling up and that's what makes a penis erect. This same pair of bodies in the female genitalia are called the "corpus cavernosa clitoridis" and they swell to during female arousal.

Anyway, these bodies do not grow with use; they just swell during "use" (arousal or sex).

    Are you really 53?

    • thank you so much for your explanation on how sexual organs swell during arousal! very informative, but its not what I was asking.. :) Are you really 56?

    • I think what he is saying is that there is no muscle to grow/develop in the penis. The only thing that may occur is a very minor amount of stretching if the penis is fully engorged repeatedly for excessive amounts of time, even then it would be almost imperceivable. I could see possible penis atrophy if it was never used or erect.

    • Yes, I am really 56. And, no, penises don't atrophy but they can get cardiovascular issues which lead to erectile dysfunction.

  • you have way too much time huh😂, it stays the same really its not exactly a muscle so the logic of "working it out" doesn't apply

  • Use the desktop site.

  • No it doesn't. It doesn't grow based on sex partners ir activity.

    It grows DURING sex activity.

My penis is 5 inches long flaccid. But when erect it is 8 inches long. So it grows 3 inches. Obviously I can't measure when I am deep inside a pussy and cuming but I suspect it might be half an inch bigger inside her when im throbbing and then pulsating during ejaculation.

  • Maybe Pinocchio's

  • No, not really.

  • No, would be nice if that is the way it works but it doesn't. However I do believe in the old saying, "use it or you will lose it."

  • I don't know but mine became bigger by masturbating xD 😂

  • Um sure if you dont use it you lose it. Penis needs to stay in shape.

  • No it does not. And no, the penis is NOT A MUSCLE at all. It is a very different kind of tissue.

  • It does

  • I hope so! LOL! But the truth is the penis is not a 'muscle'. It is much more like 'balloons'!

  • Using your cock in a proper way matters the most... Yes, cock will enlarge or it increases it's size even though if he's sexually inactive... I'm the best reason

  • it won't grow but gets stronger and better for sure.

  • No, no correlation with experience at all. It is a muscle yes. It gets engorged with blood through arousal. And it gets as big as much as blood can get into it. I’ve had a lot of experience now over the years, and there is no correlation in size from now to when I was younger and i didn’t have those experiences sexually yet.

  • Penises are hard to read sometimes.
Mine changes so much in it's flaccid state.
I think I did notice a slight difference in size when I was having sex very regularly with my last partner.
I think it was mostly because we lived together and and I was pretty much constantly aroused by her.

    • yes, thank you for your input, science and organic are two separate items. :))
