I get them pretty randomly, when I'm touched, or thinking about exciting things. Just seeing a woman or hot woman isn't going to get me hard. If we start flirting and I think about her blowing me or something, whether she's hot or not I probably will. Or if it's just a random boner and the timing is right, or not depending on the situation.

I don't think it has anything to do with attraction. It depends on the girl and her pheromones. I read that everyone's chemistry is different, but when you meet someone that gives off a scent different than yours, you will become more attracted to that person.
