Unfortunately, my partner won't oblige. She sees this as 'unhygienic' and doesn't see the beyond-the-rationale aspect of sex.

I have heard about this technique, however I have only once received any degree of pleasure from prostate contact, which I tried once in the shower when I was a younger man, and I have not been able to replicate the experience, I didn't ejaculate during that experience, only noted that it felt good  and that was pretty much the end of it. Honestly I haven't been all that curious or interested to get there again.

Yes, prostate orgasm exists. There's no ejaculation and it consists of one really big squeeze instead of a bunch of little ones. And since you don't ejaculate, you can just keep having them over and over again. Good luck figuring out the prostate though, it takes a lot of attempts to figure it out. I barely even understand it myself.
