It somewhat matters to me. I wouldn't reject a girl for being flat-chested or having small boobs (anything under a D cup), but I WOULD be less attracted to her and less enthused to have sex with her.
To me, a flat chest or small boobs is just a masculine trait. I don't prefer it. I don't need a big fat ass, since I'm more of a boobs guy anyway, but between the two, I'd rather take a delicious FAAAAAAT booty with small boobs (like a C cup) over no ass at all and big boobs, like so.
That waist-hips (and ass) ratio is just essential for what makes a woman look like a woman! Without it, they just look like a tranny with a boob job. And I can't be attracted to that.
So while looks don't matter that much to me, I at least need a woman to visually look like a woman! I'd say "size matters" as about a 5 or so. Personality is everything though; so that's a 10.

similarly with the butts, they went from smaller to fuller, however... they were all fit and toned, as they were all somewhat active and not just couch potatoes, very good genes as well, of course
but again, it really doesn't matter to me... their physical assets were not a priority to me nor the main consideration for me to decide if I were going to be with them or not
their personality, their attitude and what kind of person they actually were... all those were the determinant factors for me, not their bodies...
Most of us wear the wrong size so to be honest, they were probably ALL D cups or bigger.

I've dated a girl who was a 30AA, and a girl who was a 38F (and slept with a girl who was a 34GG), and a lot of girls who were in between somewhere. I was perfectly happy with all of those sizes.
I suppose I care more about ass size - in that I prefer something in the small-to-medium range, and I'm not into girls with big butts or thighs. Plenty of men are - I'm just not one of them. I've dated a couple of girls like that in the past, but it was enough for me to know that it's not for me.
My preference has always been for the petite girls, though that's not a requirement, it's just a "nice to have."

I like smaller butts and bigger boobs (with boobs mattering more) but I care more about proportions relative to the rest of her body than actual specific sizes.
Essentially top heavy hourglass shape can be scaled up or down and still retain the same level of attraction, and a decent amount of variations exist for that.
There isn't really "an extent" to this, it's more just part of what I'm looking for, with the Other half of that being a level of mental compatibility that would allow for shared hobbies and interests and doing everything together.
Cute faces tend to increase the likelihood of attraction, so while i'm not interested in flat chests, a smaller chest than the "ideal large" is often made somewhat moot if her face is very appealing.

I do prefer C cup boobs and butt size does not matter as long it's normal size or smaller. Those are a preference but not a requirement if she got bigger or smaller boobs or butt so size don't matter to me when it comes to dating as long I am attracted and like the girl and I sleep with her I wouldn't be disappointed.
Except society's version of C cups versus REAL C cups is very different and you're most likely talking about society's C cups.

I prefer small boobs, so being "well-endowed" is actually to her detriment. I don't think they really enter into the picture unless I am considering whether or not I may consider that person as a romantic partner though. The ass has always been a supplimentary part of the body, and I don't find it attractive, in and of itself.
