If you fake breast, you aren't exactly radiating confidence and that can be less attractive. It matters less than other things. Padding would be disappointing, not because of anything to do with size, but rather because it was misleading. Big or small is fine, but the problem comes when I'm already interested in what I'm seeing and then get caught off-guard because it's not real.
