Are you talking about thinking about another woman during sex specifically, or in general?

It's inevitable to find random people or even friends attractive, it's not something you can control, this goes for both men and women I think, but unless he's not at all attracted to your body and has to think about other women to get in the mood then I don't see why he would think about other anyone else, even if the friends in question are particularly attractive it's not a normal thing to do, we're too concentrated of the sex to even think about other people.

Both men and women in relationships are gonna find other people attractive to certain degrees, what matters is being respectful of your partner and making them feel like the most beautiful person in the world

I would and I did, when I was in relationships. Sexual thought are unavoidable if you see a sexy woman. It's self-control that matters. I can have thought, but I wouldn't act on them.
