I can help explain this. Because... This is definitely true for me.
What it means is this: I want a girl who expects to be treated with respect by the world. She's not someone that people imagine would be kinky and "a freak" in bed. That's simply because, she doesn't carry herself that way. She's not alluding to being kinky in public, she's not the least bit "slutty" in how she conducts herself.
In other words, a more-or-less "regular" seeming girl. One who people would not at all expect to be into all the crazy kinky shit that she's really into. You and her have kinky, nasty, freaky sex when you're in the bedroom. But that's a side of her that only you know exists. But to the rest of the world, she seems like the LAST girl who would be into all that kinky shit.
So, "a lady" in the streets (demands to be treated/seen with respect. Not slutty); and "a freak" in the sheets (just how freaky is gonna depend on the guy. But usually, that does mean pretty freaky, to be honest).

What it means is that, while men DO want the woman they're in a committed relationship with to be sexually fun and open-minded (aka a "freak in the sheets"), it's AS important, if not MORE important, that she's a "lady in the streets", meaning that she dresses and behaves as a respectable woman, rather than a "slut" or leading with her sexuality. Her look/dress, her behavior, and her attitude should all convey that she's in a relationship and that other men need not apply.
I realize that "beta behavior" and cuckoldry has been in the rise among a portion of men lately, MOST men see their woman being loyal and faithful as one of his top priorities, so they tend not to commit to women who prioritize going out to party, or dressing in skimpy clothes, or generally advertising her sexuality, rather than prioritizing her relationship.
Anything you do with your man in the bedroom that both of you enjoy is completely fine, no matter how wild it is - but the overwhelming majority of men want to keep that private between the two of you, and he wants to keep YOU private - he's not looking to share you with other men, or for you to even be in a situation where you would be tempted (he's only too well aware that other men will be tempted regardless).
