After reading through this post, it sounds to me like you are exaggerating the issue. The vast majority of boobs sag a little bit, and they all flatten out when you lay on your back, just like the all look bigger when you are in doggy position. That's called gravity, and no one is immune.

Saggy boobs generally hang kind of long and flat. But you're talking about laying on your back. Boobs always go flat in that position. It's normal. Unless they're really huge, they would just both splay out to the sides.
