Most guys struggle to unloosen a bra strap. There was only a few guys that I ever remember they were able to take it off with two hands and maybe one or two that could do it one-handed and blindfolded. Do you think it's more of an excitement thing that gives them trouble or low lack of experience.
I often release my wife from her bra. Some of them, I can unfasten with one hand in one second. Some I need two hand and more time; if she puts one on which is just a bit too small (but she doesn't trow those away because she has trouble getting rid of older clothing), and therefore under a bit more tension, out of the three hooks there will always be one that doesn't cooperate.
I never touched a bra like that in my life, I'd say I'd have some issues unfastening it.
I've seen the hooks, so I have a general idea of how it works.
I'd say that the biggest problem would be the stress from "I'm doing it for the first time", then the stress of "Don't fuck it up" and lastly some semblance of embarrassment.
My guy doesn’t get much practice at it now as I rarely wear one. However back in school he was pretty good at it 1 handed.

@EmmaMary He showed me how it involves holding the band either side of the hooks between fingers then squeezing together and twisting. Not easy.
@ushagomez That makes total sense. How stupid am I... Not once have I ever thought of actually asking my husband to show me... That's about to change very soon indeed, like right now.
Lack of experience. Men don’t have any clothing that uses a clasp like a bra clasp.

From extensive teenage experience with two things: unhooking a one or two hook bra and (!) opening a Zippo lighter with my thumb and first two fingers, it's a developed skill.
I am shot down by a 3 hook and a front loader is more difficult.
Yes, I didn't know there were bras that hooked in the front. I kept feeling around in back trying to feel for the hooks. After a while I gave up. Then all of a sudden she unhooked it from the front. I was shocked.
I never had a problem with brastraps in the back, though I often struggled with the hooks in the front. Fortunately, not many of the women I dated wore front-hooking bras, and the few that did just undid it for me.
I could do it with one hand. I actually got one of my mother's bras and practiced with it when she was not home. The girl I was going out with at the time was impressed.
Never tried because the opportunity never arose (they were braless before I arrived in case you asked)

N. b. always recall my one time boss (in my restaurant days) could unhook one in an instant like a viper's strike

I know that I would have a problem trying to try to even try to take a bra or underwear off because I have never seen them or even had ever had a chance to be before I am a virgin and I have never even masterbation before I am new to ever thing and I am very interested in it but I am very shy and very nervous to me try to learn and talk to it hell I didn't know that they're was even different sizes and type of them
