Nothing !!! I never describe a girl as 'sexy' or 'hot'... as those are terms that a high school 'boy' uses! Besides that, to do that would have somebody accuse you of being a sexist, or misogynist. I describe a pretty woman, as just THAT, 'pretty[ 'attractive' 'adorable' etcetera. Hot' or Sexy is not in my vocabulary, after all, this is 2023, not last century.
