Men’s thoughts are almost always based on sex. The first thing that attracts us is a body shape, then is there is a pretty shape to go with that body than we are more attracted.
But other than sex, what can attract us to let’s say a girl that is average looking without a body type that we are normally attracted to. Personality. I like a girl who is outgoing, has a sense of humor (and I don’t mean a girl who laughs at my jokes but I can laugh at her jokes).
So for me, outgoing, funny, and I’ll add adventurous girl…. Ok I’ll add one more thing… artistic. I have zero art skills and am impressed with a girl who can do what I can not do. That too can attract me.

Gothic. I mean the look, not necessarily the new-age look either. Doesn't mean she needs to be wearing a ton of eyeshadow/black makeup, although that can give the look a nice accent, it's not needed. Especially if she has a few (or a lot) of freckles. Both together look very attractive to me. And if she has green, dark brown, or light blue eyes? Even better.

Lastly, if she loves to roleplay (not in the bedroom, I mean like D&D type stuff), likes to stay in shape/workout, and enjoys nighttime walks? I'm there. My current partner covers all of that minus the freckles/eye color. Plus she has a good head on her shoulders.
