I guess to simplify it, it all comes down to curves. For starters, we're animals, and first and foremost, our mission is to keep the species going so naturally "child bearing" hips are attractive. At least the curve from the waist to the hip tell our brains that much.

Breasts... I couldn't tell you why but shape of the breasts... again curves. Don't get it twisted, it's not about size nearly as often as you think.
The ass, the legs... mean I can go on and on.

Anyway, and most importantly YOU asked about the sexiest things about a womans body. The physical appearance.
I need you to understand that it does go deeper than physical appearance, even when you're trying to be sexy.

If you're healthy, you'll look good, and you'll feel good and you'll be happy. Those are the most attractive things. Don't aim for being like those twenty ounce tooth picks you see on magazines. They're not real.

Sure men do take appearance into account, but our standards for YOUR looks aren't as high as your standards for YOUR looks.
If you're healthy, in good shape and happy, then the rest will follow.

A fat man can grow something similar to boobs but no man can ever develop the wider hips that only the female body has.
Wide hips also influence the size of your butts and thighs, other weak points of mine.
