Some penises are “show-ers” and some are “growers”. “Show-ers” hang kinda long when soft, and don’t grow too much when they get hard. “Growers” are quite small when flaccid, but grow considerably when erect. I have what one might call an extreme version of a “grower”. My penis measures only 1.5 inches when it is completely soft, and grows to 8.5 inches when it is fully erect. I didn't think I would ever answer a question like this on this site, but since @jennifer604 asked me so earnestly, here goes. When I'm flaccid, I'm 7⅞″ (20 cm) long and 5″ (12.7 cm) around.
