This happened to me over the weekend. I confronted her about it, I asked her to take it down, I don't like the idea of randos seeing her masturbating and the like. she advised me that I had no choice she was keeping it. So I changed the locks while she was out this weekend put all of her stuff on the front lawn, and returned her car which I was paying for, and was in my name, to the dealership. Retained a lawyer and he agrees that her actions are a violation of the cheating portion of our prenup. I file for divorce first thing Monday morning. She's been blowing my phone up.. I've been ignoring her. Thank God we have no kids together.

I don't fault you fo what you did, but I think I personally would talk to her more than once about getting off of it. I know the initial reaction is to dump her for being untrustworthy and deceiving you, but I think it at least deserves a bit more effort. Now if she won't stop, then, yeah, see the divorce lawyer.

It sounds like you did the right thing. Just talk to your lawyer before you do anything else. My mom’s best friend is a divorce lawyer and she says that the worst thing a client can do is ignore their lawyer’s advice.

While you are justified for her having lied to you, I'd say that you better be careful about what you do. You are married and half of that stuff is hers. If I were her, I'd contact the police on you and a lawyer. She did nothing illegal and you kicked her out of her own home.

I have a prenuptial agreement which says that what she did was cheating. She gets nothing and no, my home is not hers I built it 5 years before I met her.. It's 100% paid off and 100% in my name. Nice try white knight.
