Hmm. sometimes pants down, sometimes totally off, depends how much time i'm planning. More often sitting, though occasionally standing to finish. I don't take my shirt off to do it, so unless I was already hanging out with no shirt which i might in the summer evening, i'd be partly dressed. Not this time of year.
More often dry, maybe 1/3 of the time with coconut oil.

Depends on when and where your doing it.
If you just need a quick release, or maybe your at work or just out (like when I was young and going to college I did it all over campus in the bathrooms) your clothed.
If your in the shower or in bed you might take off your clothes.
