Which would truly be the best option for lonely men unfortunate enough to not be wealthy, tall, genetically fit, submissive/simpish, or otherwise 'attractive' to modern women?

This question is primarily aimed at MEN, because women will bring-in inaccurate bias to it, but I don't want to ban them from responding, since the original asker was female. But yeah, I fully expect most female responses, if any, to be biased, self-serving, or unhelpful for men. But it's whatever.

Maybe having more singles events or fling events could help. You could go to one and instead of a bar or party, you know everyone there is open to being approached. It would be easier because you could approach a bunch of different people all looking for someone in a short amount of time, you'd be more likely to get lucky.

I know they already do events like these, but they're usually hosted by a private company or restaurant and cost money, and only certain people can attend. It would work better for this type of problem I think if it was like a public, free event open to anyone—well maybe not anyone.

For security you could have people just sign up ahead of time and do a simple background check to make sure no serious offenders get in. You don't want someone dangerous to be knowing who all lives alone in the area. And having background checks might make more women more likely to attend too.

I used to do those in the past. Women's standards still don't change though. I once did a Speed Dating event with like 30 women and 18 guys and almost every woman chose the ONE guy who was 6'2", fit and handsome/good looking (but in reality, an incel with no social skills or ability to speak in public.) I knew he'd get more options than other men, but I didn't think 16 to 17 women would choose him over the rest of us. It was really an eye-opening moment for how Hypergamous and shallow women can really be. So from my experience, no, those are useless.

Ah I didn't think about that. I don't know what would really help then. It would be nice if there was an option to increase men being able to have sex that didn't depend on force or money.

I suspect that in a few years there will be MANY single Russian and Ukrainian women looking for partners. They can't really choose DEAD men so they will be options for many men.

At the time of my response, @Fuentes pretty much has the gist of it. You make it harder for yourself than what it ever needs to be. You want a good fuck? Go get it (consensually). You want a lasting relationship? Go fucking find one and work at it. If it doesn't work, move on to the next one.

This same dilemma exists in the ovarian world. Women go to other women who can hardly keep a decent thing going for advice and are just fed in to their own ego. Tell me if you've seen/heard this before:

None of that works, not even legalizing prostitution, which in my country has been legal for a long time. The solution, which has already been proven, is to eliminate female promiscuity, for this we must institutionalize monogamy, make abortion illegal in all cases and also make the contraceptive pill illegal.

I voted E even though I think there should be some change. Just that I didn't see it listed as an option. There are a few solutions, one is to pressure or brainwash young and growing up women to accept and want average men, that would mean they would have to control the media and education system though. Those are firmly locked out right now.
