I'm going to let you in on a little secret. It is apparently a little known fact today that men and women are actually not the same. In fact, they are very different, in many ways. Men value very different things than women value, and our priorities are very different as well. I know that must come as a shock to someone like yourself, but it's a fact of human nature.
Men have a very strong instinctual sense that promiscuous women make inferior mothers and wives. We know it in our bones without every having to be told. It's coded in our DNA and there is nothing we can do to change it. We can "say the right thing" and tell you it doesn't matter, but we'd be lying, which is probably worse.
Women judge other women for being promiscuous too, for the same reasons. They know it, even if they don't like it.

If a guy sleeps with a drunk girl it's classified as rape but if a girl sleeps with a drunk guy it's nothing.

I wouldn't agree that women generally encourage each other to have sex with randoms. There are a lot of women that think its okay to call other women sluts too. But the question still stands, why is it so one-sided, why is it so much more likely for a women to be viewed as a slut than a man?
You just said that "Women call other women sluts too." You should ask yourself why.
I don't call or think of other women as sluts, I think they should be able to engage in safe sex how they want without being judged for it. The point is that men don't have to deal with this anywhere near as much as women do, why is that?
I don't slut shame women either. I embrace that side of them. If you're really curious why women get treated differently you have to look at how women and men are different. For a woman to be a slut is very easy. Women can get sex so easy, they're lucky if they don't get raped. Having a high bodycount for a woman is not any kind of an accomplishment. Not to mention a lot if people really hate abortion. For most guys getting laid is a real challenge. I don't personally praise other men for that because I have a life, but that's why a guy with a high bodycount is seen as having accomplished something and a slut is just seen as a loser by some people.
