Guys, why would you do this?

I was with this guy and we were laying in bed talking no sex. He said he was nervous with me. He said he knew he wasn't treating me right and he has to treat me better. After saying this he didn't improve he actually became distant. Why would he say this? I asked him if anything was wrong and he said no, but is still distant.

Some people want to change, but they don't want to put the effort into actually doing it.

They sit around thinking it's just going to happen and then they get sad when it doesn't.

Hate to say it, but if he knows he isn't treating you right and keeps doing it... that's a sign that you should make the change yourself by getting away from him. You can't make someone else make an effort.

He knows something is wrong. He knows it's him. He is not making the effort to change it.

❤ It sucks, but living with that shit sucks even more. And as a guy, I hate seeing that happen. Don't let dirtbags rob the rest of us of a great lady. You've got no reason to. Give them a chance to change. But don't try the same thing over and over and expect a different result. 😕
