The only thing I am not really comfortable with is excess tummy rolls. I can and will happily deal with a slightly plump tummy, since I do have a tummy as well, but not when it hangs like that. But i guess childbirth does change bodies. And at that point, I would still love her and accept her body. Its the right thing to do

I'll say just this. Hanging stomach, tummy rolls, back cellulite, it might be normal, human, real and I won't deny that, but minimizing them by exercising, showing that you care about your body, your health, is also normal, human, real.
Having uneven sized tits, might be an insecurity for you but it's as real as men having one ball that hangs lower.
Not all women have time to exercise as they should. But let's turn that around. Flabby beer belly, flabby arms, moobs, and a butt that looks like it has not seen exercise for ages. Let's be equal here.
