lets say you're walking by a girl in the mall or on a street and she's unaware that her boob popped out of her shirt or nipple was showing would you let her know or let her carry on and humiliate herself?

I would first see if I have any female friend with me and ask her to tell if I notice it first. Did that once where a girl's dress zip was half open and she wasn't aware. I showed it to my friend and she went running and helped her.

Because I would be for comfortable in telling my friend than to her directly. Also she may get embarrassed if i directly tell her about it.

If I dont have anyone then either I'd let it go give her some sign (I don't know how) never been in such situation.
