I'm being honest with you here, I have never seen legs that hairy in my life. If I ever fell in love with someone and found out they had legs that hairy, I would never ever wax my youknowwhat. If they wanted me to then they'd have to let me wax them. Sacrifices.

Hairless is preferred in my opinion. It's just nicer to see or feel a nice smooth guy. The only place I really wanna see hair is on the head and face. I don't mind a little hair on the rest of the body but I'd prefer it shaved or even waxed :)
