I know that anatomically the vagina goes back to its original size after being with a large penis.
Vaginal sexual pleasure comes from the stimulation of Stretch receptors which are wired to pleasure areas in the brain.
when a girl has sex with a big penis for the first time it hurts, but after she gets used to it, the same stimulation that caused pain now causes pleasure.
The way I see it, the process of getting used to it is also the process of lowering the sensitization of the area, and after that a smaller penis will feel less pleasurable.

In a way, It's like a dude getting used to jerking off with a firm grip - afterwards light touch will not bring him to orgasm.

so from your experience, after getting used to a large one, do smaller ones suddenly feel less prone to get you there?

I haven't found any difference going back to a smaller partner. My pleasure doesn't come from the stretching sensation, it comes from stimulating certain areas internally and my clit.
I've always been able to orgasm with penetration MUCH easier with an average sized penis than a larger one as it hits the right spot for me

A vagina does not change size from sex, but a girl and her V learn to relax to let a big one in. If she goes without for a while, she will unlearn and be just as snug as she was before the big one.

I think that guys wouldn't just suddenly lose it and start worrying about it unless they thought women cared. and while the number of voters is relatively small, you can see that almost half the women agree, meaning that for a substantial amount of women size becomes somewhat of an issue after getting used to a big penis.

Most women go by how big a guy says he is. Many guys brag & say they are bigger then they actually are. So the guy says he's 7" - 8" when he is only 5 1/2" so women say they want 7" - 8".
