Yes, but not because it contains sperm normally. Precum is medically proven to be sterile. When people get into trouble is if the guy does not urinate between ejaculations. If sperm is still found in the urethra from the previous ejaculation, precum can carry the remaining or residual sperm out with it. But urinating will solve this issue by washing any remaining sperm out and killing it through the acidity of urine. Also, if you are doing the pull out method, another must is for the guy to shower and wash the entire penis and pubic hair in between sex.

There can definitely be more risk involved there with what you describe. There is also the factor of how much time in between. Sperm doesn’t live very long in an environment outside of what it’s meant for. It can die pretty quickly in the urethra and especially out in the open. Your vagina depending on how wet you are it’s also a highly acidic environment so even if a little gets in, it is more likely than not to die. But if you are going back to back where he is pulling out, ejaculating, and some semen still remains on the head of the penis and in the urethra, and then he goes right back inside 15 minutes to half an hour later, there is certainly some risk involved there. Pulling out is highly effective and natural and I’ve never gotten a girl pregnant with it yet being 46 years old. But it does take some discipline especially on the part of the guy to know his body well, urinate, and clean off in between sex.

Well it all depends on timing. Depending on your fertility, how much residual semen may have entered you, mortally and mobility of remaining sperm, volume of remaining sperm, etc. Now if you were trying to get pregnant, those conditions would not have been ideal for high probability of conception. But in this case, it doesn’t sound like you are trying to get pregnant. Pregnancy seems to catch people off guard, just like you described with your own conception. This is a lesson I’m sure is well learned by both of you. Like I said earlier, pulling out is one of the most highly effective methods, it’s natural instead of putting dangerous birth control into your body, and it can be fun too. But just make sure that you both follow the most basic rules by seeing to it that he is cleaned off and urinated following each time he ejaculates. That means cleaning all the way to his pubic hair. You will do just fine, the only thing safer would be abstinence. There is no 100% birth control whether it be natural or chemical-based. Also, I would recommend that you pay attention to your cycle and your most fertile days. Perhaps not have sex or use added protection during your most fertile days. You know, a lot of people say this can happen, and I don't doubt that because anything is possible, but the chances are probably really low. I've never known anyone who ever got pregnant from the pullout method and I used to have friends that would have sex like this all the time.

Sometimes after a guy has sex, the cum will stay inside the duct, and it can carry precum, which could get a girl pregnant, but I have never known anyone this ever happened to and I knew people that used to do this all the time, lol

More often than not it does not contain sperm. More often than not even if it does, its not as likely.

But it absolutely can contain sperm. And that absolutely can get someone pregnant. And it absolutely has. Pull-out method isn't a particularly reliable one.

I mean, its still highly unlikely. But can happen. If we assume both are healthy, fertile and so on pregnancy when attempted is about a 5% thing. Sperm in precum is ballpark 25%. Different numbers may occur and some guys produce none here. Lets theorize it is a third as potent. That gives us roughly a 2% chance/risk for 5x if no precaution is taken. So its certainly unlikely. But 2% is still very much possible.

I think 2% is fairly high already. Also 2% is most certainly not an oddity. A lot of things happen to each of us every day that are much less likely. Me answering your question was less than 2%. Very much happened. The only number I made up was the 1/3rd potency. Which after a brief check appears higher than reality. So 2% is already a very high estimate.

I did not used to think it was dangerous (pregnancy wise) but found out after a few sessions, and talking to my cousin, that pre-ejaculate, does have sperm cells in it, even though it is supposedly 'lubrication for the urethra of the penis for the actual semen ejaculation. Difference is that the pre-ejaculate does not 'squirt' out of the penis, and only tends to 'ooze' out gradually. That said... when the penis is close to the cervix, with the pre-ejaculate 'oozing' I suppose it could easily get in the cervix and result in a pregnancy... Never had anyone tell me they got pregnant that way, as no way to determine that?
