This is a question that is solely for guys and not that much for girls as we don't have those body parts that you are referring to.
I presume that there are people that have given a thought about the voluntary removal of parts of their genitals as a kink.
I am personally totally against mutilating a body or part thereof when there is no urgent medical need for it. That would include FGM (female genital mutilation) and circumcision. Those are relicts of antique religious beliefs that have no room in the 21st. century and should be considered as criminal acts.
But that is only my opinion...
I am totally supportive of an adults informed consent and decision making capability. Yes, I’ve met girls who have been caststrated/nullified as a personal decision and enjoy the body mod results. As have guys also. And the kink fanatics seem to only waste time...
My only concern is that women cannot be castrated since the definition of castration is
"the removal of the testicles of a male animal or man". Also, my other issue is your term of "nullification", which again, cannot be associated to this context.

I can honestly say that I have never considered a penectomy, castration, or nullification. Even if I did have that "equipment" I would not maim myself just to try and control a natural evolutionary drive to reproduce.
If you feel like you do not wish to have more children then consider a vasectomy rather than such other drastic measures... You never know what may come up and change your mind about it and at least with a vasectomy, it is possible to reverse.
Why do you consider it to be inappropriate and unacceptable even if the guy is not having sex and does not have any other use for them?

I have often thought that total removal of those things with a proper urethra relocation would be great as I have not had any use for them for several years.
If I could somehow find a way to get my doctor to suggest it I would willingly so go ahead but make it a total removal with urethra relocation.

It would be rather inconvenient and dis-figuring to have balls without a penis. Also, would be very difficult to direct your urine without a proper urethra reroute. Would be much better to be totally smooth with a reroute.
