Have ED but I'm having wet dreams?

I have ED but I've had wet dreams and woken up to find I've ejaculated. This has happened a few times in the last month. Is this even possible? This hadn't happened before then.

The human penis is a strange thing; even compared to the other great apes, we have ENORMOUS penises for our size, but we lack the baculum that they have- so our erect penises are more flexible and harder to injure than theirs, but it also ramped up the selective pressure on our males even more, since a man who couldn't get erect couldn't reproduce.

    Assuming it's not a simple circulation issue, it's likely at least partly psychological, and it stands to reason that being asleep could let you circumvent that.

  • Are you on bp meds? Some of those can cause ED. Especially a thyzide med.

    • Only vitamin pills

    • Go see a urologist. They can do tests. They can do an ultrasound of your penis and see if your vessels aren't flowing as well. That could be a problem. Also some of those vitamins could be hurting too.
