It is unsafe, not enjoyable & risky.
Unsafe because it has glass which can crack or break because of pressure and vibration.
Not enjoyable because there's no physical contact.
Risky because not everyone will make a smooth glass hole for their clients. If the hole is sharp it can cut the foreskin or penis.
