I am thinking about joining a gym that has a coed locker room. I have no idea what it will be like.

Honestly, it's not really that big of a deal. You just go in, change, and go back out. Sometimes there are naked women, naked guys, or both.

It's not like anyone is there to show off or anything, so you won't see ladies lying on the bench, spread eagle, lol. They change, and move on with their life. After the first couple of times, you don't even really pay attention anymore.

Of course, if you're in there staring and playing with yourself, you can (and will) be asked to leave. I would recommend not doing that. :-)

Yes all the time from school to now.
It's no big deal we all seen naked people before and know what they look like.

It's not a big deal you won't see much girls tend to change under a towel or just really quickly then leave it's not like they're gonna be naked posing against the lockers so you can play with yourself

I usually change before I get to the gym and then shower and change when I get home..
If I had to change I'd do it in the bathroom, coed or not
