While I applaud these goals, it's a lot harder than you'd imagine, because you aren't filming a couple having sex, you are filming two people who are usually strangers who have to have something similar to sex WHILE getting the right angles and lighting for the cameras, and having to stop to touch up makeup, and run through everything twice (the first run through for still photos, the second time for video), etc. From someone who has worked in video production (music videos, commercials, corporate training, etc.), you'd be surprised at how difficult it can be to get people to hit their marks and stand up straight and hold their hands/arms the right way - much less doing all that and making it look natural. It's still a VERY worthy goal - but you'd be working harder at it than you might imagine!

Again, I love your work ethic and your striving for quality - but you also have to consider that you may have 20 people on hourly wages, lots of rented equipment, rent for the location, and actors who are available today but not tomorrow, and you've got to get the project finished. If you can't get your stuff in on time and on budget, you don't get hired anymore. Creative jobs like that can be utterly ruthless about that kind of stuff, and it's VERY easy to earn a reputation that gets you blacklisted, and late/over budget is one of the easiest ways.
