Have you ever done an enema?

Have you done an enema due to constipation or before anal sex? I want to know if it is painful and how you feel afterwards.

I haven't but my girlfriend used to take them to prepare for anal. She didn't hate them but she didn't really like them much either. She doesn't use them anymore because they were more trouble than they were worth. We do anal once or twice a week and things almost never get messy. The enemas made more of a mess than anything else because there was always some residual liquid left behind that found it's way out during sex, and it was not usually totally clear liquid. And that messes with the texture and slipperiness of water based lube.

I do one occasionally, just because I think it keeps it all clean down there. I use a bidet (or wash) every time I go to loo, and maybe enema once a month. It feels good to be clean, don't you think?

Yes. I once did enema for constipation and also for anal. It doesn't feel painful, but a few seconds after the liquid is inserted you will get that intense feeling of explosive diarrhea. You'll have to stay in the bathroom for a while, and once are finished you'll feel much better than earlier.

Yes, I did it when I was a child because I had constipation. It's not painful but anyway I didn't like it. However I felt relieved and so much better after it was done.

If you use a bulb kit rather than a full enema bag, you will find it more pleasant.

I did as a kid, and it is really not a pleasant experience, because if you use something (reservoir) larger than you show, there is a lot of pressure in the rectum, especially, if you are constipated. I think it is easier to take the kind of meds they give you b4 a colonoscopy. Depending on what kind of oral you are planning, Anal penetration, or analingus , you want to be clean

I do enemas for anal about twice a week and it feels fine. Like it’s just water lubricating the dump basically, I feel really fresh afterwards. Then I do my dirty deeds with no worry of the dirty

I haven’t actually tried it out but I would thing that as long as you use one about that size you should be totally fine. And so many people use them before anal that I feel like the proof is definitely in the pounding.

It is painless. Mine was in prep for a colonoscopy so the bowel was pretty much empty. Felt fine. Only advice - do not stray too far from the bathroom.
