Yes I know exactly how you feel. We weren't in an actual relationship but we were supposed to be sleeping with "just" each other. Well, of course I stuck to that, but him? He's constantly tried to say he didn't, tried to restart things. I have to admit I would get tempted, because yes women have urges, get horny, value great sex just as much as men. But, at the end of the day, the more you give in to people like that, the more they will treat you that way and think it's ok. And feel justified in treating others that way.
Better to just cut off all communication, less you give in to temptation. If you go back now, chances are he'll keep treating you the same way, and noone deserves to be someone's "sidechick" unless they knowingly agreed to it.
