The closest I've ever been to flashing my boobs in public would be when I was wearing a low cut tank top and bent forward and my guy coworker (well, manager) turned around to say something to me. He got an eyeful, I got a hot face, and we both pretended he didn't see anything.

But I've yet to to full boob flash anyone in public.
