I've had it done to me. But it wasn't a skirt, it was those loose satiny jogger type shorts. It was very obvious that it was intentional.

This was a housemate who was bi, but mostly liked girls. She was a big flirt and tease. I knew the guy before me got kicked out of the house because he put the moves on her, so I was very reluctant to do anything. I'm sure she was flirting with him also, but how dare him act on it.

Anyway, one day her girlfriend came inside the house and said my housemate had a question about her car. She had the car up in the air, laying under it. So I crawled under to see what she wanted. It was a totally lame question, but lo and behold she was commando with her legs open for display. She had an evil grin on her face. When I looked at her girlfriend she had a big grin on her face also. They were getting a real kick out of it.

i´ve seen it unintentionally on an underage girl which was super awkard... i was at the pool with my crush at the time and her little sister and shortly before we went, we fooled around on the seesaw... i didn´t know that she just put on her skirt but not her underwear -.- she was 15 at the time and i was like why the fuck would you do the seesaw when you know you´re bottomless beneath the skirt?

She was wearing loose tennis shorts. When she sat on a bar stool at an outdoor cafe, she had one heel on the low rung and the other on the high rung. I was at a perfect angle and wearing dark sunglasses.

Yeah, It was a few years ago, I just finished a late shift and was on the bus home at 11pm. The bus was almost empty and this attractive woman in her late 20s sat opposite me.
