As you develop and go through puberty, it is normal to have sexual thoughts. A lot of people will not mind there kids exploring each others bodies. Example: their son poking or touching his sister's Brest. But they will set a limit so it will not go further then touching. But all boys with sisters have had thoughts about their sister sexually as they go through puberty. It is just normal, now sisters will not nearly as much, because females attraction comes from the kind of relationship and personality the guy has. And guys attraction comes from visual.
