I know a lady who did this, although I'm not sure that she realized it. When she needed a yard project done, she'd call this guy who she knew, who lived probably 5 hours away. He was a landscaper. He would load up his truck and go down there and help her for the weekend and have sex, then he would load up and drive back to where he was from on Sunday evening. I doubt that she realized that she was trading sex for favors.

Yes but I’m not proud of it. I slept with a guy to fix my car. I couldn’t afford to get it fixed at a shop and needed it for work and school. He was the only guy I knew who could fix it and he hinted at what he wanted in return so I slept with him. Then he came to my place a couple more times and I was afraid to say no until it was fixed so I had to play along.
