I have always thought it was a bad idea and I was only really ever tempted once.

I was doing consulting so it wasn't exactly long term coworker but I was kind of supervising/training her. She used to stand too close and take every opportunity to bend over in front of me. I'm so dense sometimes it took me a while to catch on by then she was so blatant everybody in the office knew but me. She was, as the saying goes "hotter than a two dollar pistol on Saturday night", but I decided to keep acting like I didn't know what was on her mind. She had that slightly out of control crazy vibe which promises great things in the bedroom followed by a lot of drama.
