I guess you could call it that.
In the `70's, this couple next door on the 2nd floor would leave their curtains wide open when they were in there fucking knowing that we could easily see them.
In the mid `80's, I was on my way to a gig I was about to play, one afternoon and this girl I was with was wearing a sleeveless leather vest with zippers all over the place. Just before we got to the venue, she unzipped to of them and showed me her tits.
In the early `90's, my fiance & I were at a local wave pool when, suddenly, this guy in his later teens, surrounded buy about 100 people, some a foot away, stood up and dropped his bathing suit and then just stood there naked. The police showed up a moment later and kept trying to wrap towels around him and take him away but he kept pushing the towels away.
There's probably a few other instances (a wet t-shirt contest or two) but those are the only ones I can recall, at the moment.

  @Gagname Exhibitionism is when you just do it in public where EVERYONE can see you. Even in a strip club, although anybody CAN walk in and see you, it's still a private affair.

  I don’t think that the “viewing venue” is “THE qualifier” in saying “what is and what is not exhibitionism.”
  
  It seems there is a “more-narrow clinical view” of “what “exhibition is,” and a “more-general view” of “what “exhibitionism is”…

Go to San Francisco and you will see all you want.

  No, not that. I just meant that we live in a cold weather state with lots of snow. I remember when we went to Florida, we forgot to bring sun glasses. We went to a Kmart store to get some.   Everyone knows that Fort Lauderdale is famous for spring break. But we went in the off season, and it still was full of sexy women and guys. It's like everyone was into health and fitness.   We were a long way from the main beach. No one was around. I don't know about you, but I think a lot of people are more apt to be adventurous, if they know that no one knows them. Does that make sense? We were thousands of miles from home. I didn't even give a shit if we got caught.
