Before my current boyfriend I'd had sex with about 6 different guys. All of them were between a few months younger to 3 years older. To be honest the sex with them often wasn't great. They often didn't know how to sexually please/excite me. Pretty much all of them weren't terribly experienced and didn't know what they were doing. Quite frankly, many of them weren't interested in learning. A lot of them just wanted to get off and not worry about my experience. This was the case both for my 2 more long term boyfriends and the 4 guys I more so hooked up with /fooled around with in a non serious way.

My current boyfriend is 22 years older than me. The sex with him blows my mind with how incredibly amazing it is pretty much every time we have sex. A lot of it is because he's so much more mature than the guys my age I slept with. He actually cares a lot about my sexual pleasure a lot. He always puts a lot of thought and effort in making sure I get not just my sexual needs met, but gives me pleasure much further beyond that. Additionally, he already knew what he was doing in bed even before the first time we slept together. I didn't know how amazing sex was the first time we banged, and it's gotten about 50 times better since then. Additionally, he's actually an older guy who still has a super sexy/muscular body. Having a muscular, sexy old man old enough to be my dad bang the fuck out of me and give me intense pleasure I never knew I could ever experience is pleasure at massively new high levels beyond anything I thought I'd ever experience.
The only downside is that sometimes I want sex a little too much for him. However, we both want it a lot and have it very frequently.

Everyone is different.
Sometimes especially when you are younger being with an older woman is a good thing.
They know stuff and aren't afraid to ask for what they like.
I've had get sex with younger, same age and older, and just ok sex with all 3 age categories.
Not saying that I'm the greatest partner either, they could probably say the same about me.
There is a comfort level between partners and as that develops so can the bond between them and you can go up the the next levels.
You don't always bring out the rope handcuffs on the first dat, but most times older more experienced partnes have done many of those things before, so there isn't a need to teach them.
