No and "not to my knowledge", respectively. I understand the idea behind stimulation without release, building to a bigger and more explosive orgasm; I've been on both sides of that (and if you're not finicky on duration, I'd wager most people have), but given the difficulties of finagling such a device on and off, to say nothing of the realities of human sweat, I imagine that culmination is more a matter of "get it off and take a long shower" than "get it off and stimulate them to a series of brain-melting orgasms". The hit to the pacing would have to be worked around.

The complete inability to stimulate yourself would make for an interesting psychological component, and I'd imagine the lack of ability to get an erection, too; quite a treat for the deeply submissive, I'd imagine. And the constant sensation of the device's presence would also do some neat stuff. But the realities of being woken up every damn night when your body's erectile testing regimen kicked in would be awful, and if you take it off before you go to sleep, you lose part of the "constant presence" vibe.
