Have you seen any of these pubic hair commercials?

Pubic hair shaving ( or shaming) seems to be of concern enough for Gillette to make an ad so they can keep up a demand for shaving pubes and to increase selling their Venus razors. What do you think?

  • Haven't seen these ads but I totally agree with you. There's actually no need to groom that area; these brands keeps brainwashing people.

    • There was a kick for quite a while that a woman had to be clean shaven in order to please their man. I do hope that changes. A baldie just invites more vaginal infections as the filtering function of your "patch" is lost.

  • I haven't seen any of these TV ads however I very rarely shave my bits nowadays after having full male Brazilian laser pubic hair removal.

Love the bald smooth look 👌

    • Thanks for the MHO @YesterdaysChild 😍

  • I like the Venus commercials that feature those wonderfully smooth legs.

    These were fun.

  • You know the saying, “there's a sucker born every minute.”

People waste a lot of money on things that don't actually need.

    • But isn't it true that once you start shaving the briar patch you are stuck to continue? It's either that or suffer the consequences of suffering "The Dreaded Itchies!"

  • I haven't seen these ads but the last time I tried to shave my balls they I cut myself and they got really itchy.

  • Yeah I haven’t seen these kinda commercials and they probably are influencing girls to shave there pubic and also I feels it is the norm most women do.

  • If it's okay to advertise menstruation why not also pubic hair? I just wish it was more inclusive. Guys have pubic hair too!

    • But guys aren't expected to remove it like guys expect women to.

    • Guys don't expect anything. Women remove their pubic hair spontaneously.

    • No more than guys go bald spontaneously..

    • Show All
  • No but heard some on the radio

  • nope

  • Natural is nice

  • LOL! I love Venus ads! This is the same company that thought it would be a good idea to "go woke" and hector men about how toxic they are and somehow that would make them want to buy more Gillette razors? And then these geniuses decided "hey! we should be more INCLUSIVE in the women we feature in our Venus ads too!" So instead of focusing on HOT FEMININE girls (who actually give a shit about grooming their body hair" they started featuring ads with "inclusive" women including people who tend to have a less than passionate attitude toward hygiene in general, much less body hair.

    lol! Freaking idiots!

  • I've seen them. It's probably an indication that the trend of shaving pubic hair is starting to lose its hold if they felt the need to run these ads. I don't think it's necessary for a woman to shave it.
