You might be bicurious or hetroflexible.
Someone who is hetroflexible is straight but willing to get with/ experiment with someone of the same gender without being homosexual/bisexual if the opportunity came up.

No; a charge of attempted murder requires that you have committed at least one OVERT act that was intended for the purpose of accomplishing a murder. There is no crime in simply thinking about murder or wanting to murder.
