So my boyfriend is constantly adding new random girls and random porn stars on his snapchat. What exactly does this mean and is this something normal? I honestly don’t know if these are girls he knows or not. I’m just kind of hurt because it makes me feel insecure how should I handle this?

If he has a hole in the heart he needs to fill with something else then maybe you are not meant to be together. As harsh as it can sound if you were his everything he would not need to constantly look for anyone else. Sometimes guys like to check if they still can please, but what your boyfriend is doing sounds a bit too much to me to be that kind of random check. And changing won't solve the problem as you won't be happy and probably end up hating yourself.
My depressed and "going through an existential crisis" advice would be to look for someone else, although you could just get his attention by getting him to close his Snapchat account
