He fell asleep during sex-- should I be offended?

So I've been seeing this guy for a little bit now. Friday night, he invited me over. He was having trouble keeping his eyes open within about 10 minutes of me being there. He wasn't drunk, just apparently really tired. We were watching a show, and he just kept falling asleep leaning me. So I finally told him he should really just go to sleep. He asked me to stay. So... we both went into bed. We ended up having sex. He initiated the sex. He was on top of me, going pretty hard, when... all of a sudden... he stopped, while he was inside me, and was just... still. I couldn't seem to get a reaction, and then he started snoring, so I knew he was totally asleep. With A LOT of effort, I ended up squirming out from underneath him, because I just could not wake him up.

I ended up just going to sleep, too. Twice, during the night, he woke up and started trying to initate things again, but he would quickly fall right back asleep.

I don't know how to feel about that. I'm confused about why he would have invited me over at all if he was so tired, and also feeling kind of insulted that he fell asleep while inside of me.
