A friend of mine who lives in a different country used to like me when we were in middle school. I liked him too but we live too far away. I would say keep casual contact every once in a while. Not enough to get to personal but enough to show her you are still interested in her. If she breaks up with her boyfriend and decides to be with you then great but at least you won't be too pushy.
