He told me to go home?

My childhood best friend is a guy and I went over to his house no one was there and we where chilling in his room and he told me I should really go home and I said but why? And he came behind me really close and told me in my ear that “you’re still a girl and I’m a boy. Our families are very close I never thought he’d do that. Why?
