you could try to find a woman who doesn't mind you having a toy but i would advise you never mention you have feelings for the doll. besides i think that would change if you had a real woman too and your doll would just become a toy again

Seems to have been a coping mechanism. You know that being attracted sexually to a non-living thing is unhealthy. Realising that, and finding a better girl than your ex, may be your biggest helps.
Thats the problem with expensive sex dolls, some are $1k, 2k or even more best wait to invest when you are fucking ancient and undesirable
