Heres Why You Never Quit

So... I was thinking today.. and found myself a new motto

It's self-explanatory, and that's why I love it so much.

It's simple:

When on that (sexual) grind you don't quit/ stop until you reach orgasm

The same applies to life.

When on that hard grind, you DON'T quit, until you reach your goals.

So don't quit until you see the desired RESULTS. If you're doing any kind of work/ hard labor in life - it has to be purposeful.. no one has intercourse, and questions "why am I doing this? What was the point again?"

  • The parts of intercourse aren't exactly painful leading up to orgasmed. Isn't there always that sensation that you are about to orgasm that kind of motivates you to continue? Another reason why we don't give up until orgasm is that we generally don't expect sex to last that long. If all other tasks in our lives were expected on average to take only 5 minutes to do, I think that would motivate a lot more people to keep persevearing.

    • If you never felt tired from any kind of cardio then great for you. If you wanna quit when things get hard then great for you. If you can’t see the benefits from both and then being intense then great for you. Your world must be pretty complete. Great for you!   • While your point in correct, the comparison is not so much. Sex is pleasurable all three way through, and the orgasm is the peak. There is no real reason to stop midway.
    Other things, like gym, studying, working, and such, while the end result is obviously great once you reach it, the process is not, and they kind of push back, making you want to give up.

    • good perspective! althoughhh I would just say to boost my "correct point " as you mentioned (by the way ty :) ) both are *intense* os that solves any misunderstandings and keeps my motto happily in my back pocket :) what's your favorite motto?

    • I would say "don't do anything to others that you don't want done to you". I was taught that as a kid and I've lived by it ever since. Basically, if you don't want others to be disrespectful to you, to hit you, to push you away, etc, then don't do that to them. It can still happen that you are nice but others still treat you badly (sadly, that are always A-holes around), but it is a good incentive to do the right thing.

  • Or you can just admit that you aren't in the mood and that's why it won't happen. If you keep pushing you will eventually push yourself to an early grave. Look at putin, he refuse to admit defeat and keep pushing sacrifice his whole younger population rather than accept a loss. And allow the country to heal. So you need to know when it's not worth it and it's better to switch goal.

    • *Until you reach your GOALS* not much context was added to it, by me. Everyone knows if there is a switch in their desires they very well can have new goals. The goal that is present, and which resonates with the person should be strived for, not tossed aside because they "May get a new goal.. later." Pursue the goal. See it through. Have a new goal? See it through.

    • Yeah but new goals can invalidate old. Which makes the statement pointless. Because you can keep quiting by just changing the goal.

    • lol believe it or not, that's not my idea of quitting. If you have pursued another goal, that's still you being purposeful. Having vision. and seeing something through- as long as it's what you want (ed) I appreciate your honesty, though. I know a good portion of the readers for this take, will have similar views as yours. No harm in that :)

  • Life is not so simple, and I wish it was. Quitting is fine when the signs and reasons make sense. For example, I have a supervisor who quit a good job because the company was restructuring and going to lay-off people. I think your message should be altered to not quit because it's difficult.

    • No I’m keeping it lol It speaks the right volumes for me. It’s my own drive. You wanna quit that’s fine. For me I’ll never quit doing good. You want to live by a different mantra or modify this one to fit your situations and ideas, go ahead. To me- it’s perfect, and I’m not changing it, and I’m not gonna quit. The orgasm and results feel good 💪
